For CMYK the file size is calculated at a ratio of 62.5Mb per m².

The CMYK calculation for a 2200mm x 800mm print, for example, would therefore be:

          2.200 (m)     x     0.800 (m)     x     62.5 (Mb per m²)     =     110Mb file size

For RGB the file size is calculated at a ration of 47Mb per m².

The RGB calculation for a 2200mm x 800mm print, for example would therefore be:

          2.200 (m)     x     0.800 (m)     x     46.5 (Mb per m2)     =     82Mb file size
