a) Try to position text so that the space between words and letters falls over the join of panels,b) If you want content, e.g. company name/logo or other text message, on the end panels to be visible from the front of the unit you need to position it in the front half of the panels, handing each end panel for respective left & right positioning. c) If the display unit is to be predominantly approached from the side the company name/logo or other text message is usually centered on the panel. d) The QUARTER size measurement to the middle of our pop up display end panels is 84.13mm
Files should set to the correct size for the chosen banner/stand requiring no further work or alteration prior to print.
Additional colour extending past the graphic edge, allowing for a clean cut when the graphic is trimmed out.
Pictures are made up of pixels (small squares of colour referred to as dots) when added together they give the appearance of a photographic finish. The more ‘dots per inch’ the better the print quality. By marinating the dpi values asked for we can assure the quality of the final print.
Also referred to as ‘Tick Marks’ these are lines outside the print area that indicate where the edge of the graphic should be cut.
Pop Up Exhibition Display Systems are printed as strips of graphic called drops. Much like a roll of wallpaper these are individually hung on the stand. Each drop should be artworked as a separate page. Quark Xpress and InDesign allow multiple pages to be placed next to each other allowing graphics to flow from one to the other.
The artwork for a set of 3x3 pop up display graphics is approximately 460mb (CMYK), 344mb (RGB) and even the smallest banner stand graphic file sizes start from 62mb (cmyk), 46mb (rgb) at our 100dpi target resolution for going to print.
We therefore request you supply artwork files via ftp - if you do not have your own ftp account you can use a provider such as www.yousendit.com who offer you the choice of opening a paid account or a free account with a single file upload limit of 100mb per upload (transfering multiple files via the free account you therefore need to zip the files into a single file within the 100mb limit or split your total upload down to individual files up to 100mb each).
Large format artwork files should not be emailed. Emails up to 10mb maximum can be sent to artroom@promoteright.co.uk . Please include your order confirmation number, company name and account reference details with all emails sent.
