The lead times quoted for the various exhibition display and promotional gift item products we supply begin from the supply of correct artwork in the case of you taking care of exhibition graphic design, or, you signing off proofs in the case of promotional gift items and where you have asked promoteright to produce the design or modify the artwork you supplied.
Below are guidelines for the supply of artwork and the procedure we follow when we find that your artwork is not as specified.

Free of charge amendments Promoteright inspects all artwork submitted to us to ensure that it meets the specific requirements to apply your design to the products you have ordered. Minor modifications to artwork will be carried out free of charge, with your permission.
Chargeable amendments If a more significant amendment is required we will advise you and you can decide whether you make the changes yourself and re-submit the artwork or whether you want us to do it. We will quote you the relevent cost at this time.
Customer Approval Production will not commence until you have approved the final artwork and agreed in writing to meet in full any costs arising from changes you request we make.
