Artwork and logos supplied to us should be in accordance with the specifications contained within our guides.

Personalisation Print Included
Unless otherwise stated, prices for each product includes a one-colour design in one position per item. Where extra colours and print positions are available the product information pages will generally provide the additional information you need. If not, please contact our Customer Services team.

Plain Goods
Products can be supplied without print, please contact Customer Services for prices. Promoteright does not accept any liability for the condition of any goods subsequent to their over-printing by any 3rd party. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their chosen printer informs them of any product damage, short deliveries or incorrect products prior to printing.

Print Positioning
If no print position is supplied by the customer then the position of the print will be decided at our discretion. Print positioning may vary between orders as each order is treated individually.

Company Logos
Products carrying names and trademarks on our website do not necessarily imply that the products have been supplied to or endorsed by the owner of the trademarks. Such illustrations are meant to be representative only of the effect that can be achieved by the personalisation of the products.

Screen Charges
Screen charges apply to all products as follows:
1 colour, 1 design - £25
Additional colours - £25
Repeat screens - £25

Colour Reproduction
Please see our Artwork Guide for advice relating to colour matching and specification. If you are in any doubt you should request a printed proof sample.

Printed Proof Samples
Printed Proof Samples will incur a handling charge of £30 exclusive of any Artwork/Screen/Carriage costs.

Refunds
No refunds will be made against any product that has been personalised unless the product is damaged or faulty. Any goods deemed faulty or damaged must be returned to us for assessment before any refund can be given.
