Returns and Refunds

What happens if I want to return a product?
At Promoteright we aim to provide 100% satisfaction and therefore recognise that from time to time customers may wish to return items they have bought from us.  Our returns policy will depend on the circumstances.

Please do not return any product to us without first contacting Customer Services and obtaining a returns authorisation number - not all products need to be returned, refunds will not be issued without this number and as our products are manufactured in more than one facility you will also need to be issued with a returns address.

I don't like the product I've ordered…
Provided the product is returned to us in a saleable condition and it does not fall under one of the product categories listed below, we will be happy to exchange the product for you. Please note that in this case, return postage is at the customers expense and a 25% restocking charge will be applied to your account.

You must contact Customer services within 14 days of delivery of your product if you wish it to be exchanged.

Which products cannot be returned?
Any custom made or personalised products or products made to order such as:

Graphics, fabric covered panels (due to the enormous range of fabrics and fabric colours these are manufactured to order), personalised promotional products or any products which have been made in special sizes.

Remember, we can supply samples and proofs on request prior to your purchase, please see these policies for further details.

What happens if the product is faulty or damaged?

1. All claims for faulty or damaged goods must be made in writing within 48 hours of receipt.

2.

To helpavoid you incurring unneccesaryGoods must be shipped back to Promoteright at the customers cost for evaluation purposes. If a manufacturing fault is found to be the reason for the fault, the carriage costs will be reimbursed and a replacement product or product part will be sent.

If misuse of the product is found to be the reason for the fault then the customer will be informed and the product will be retained awaiting the customers instruction.

Please note that the above procedures are not applicable to graphics products (see below).

Graphics (including vinyl and digital prints, posters, sign graphics, banners, etc)
Once e-mail or physical proofs are approved the sale is considered final and printed graphics cannot be returned nor can a refund be given under any circumstance, unless the problem falls under our fading warranty or the graphic printed was not the graphic approved in the proofs. Please note as with all other warranties, graphics cannot be returned simply because they were misused by the customer or not to the customers liking on delivery.

How do I return a product?
Should you have a problem with one of our products, first contact our Customer Services team. The problem may require only a simple fix that we can help you with over the phone. If the product needs to be returned or replaced, please follow the procedure below:
