Pre-production product proof…
A pre-production product proof is a production sample which you can request when you place your order. We will make one sample with your custom imprint that will be shipped to you for your approval just prior to your order being produced.

The shipping time quoted starts from receipt of your approval and product proofs are not available on express services.

These costs do not include carriage, which is applied at £7.50 for a next day UK mainland service. A £20 surcharge applies to offshore UK deliveries, which is a 1-2 day service. Please call or e-mail for a quotation to other destinations.

NOTE: On average, we find that product proofing adds 5-7 working days to the supply time - speed of proof approval being the significant factor. All orders that have been on proof for a period of 8 weeks will be automatically cancelled off our system and a £35 charge on top of any other due amounts will be applied. This is an automatic procedure that cannot be changed or altered.

Large Format Graphics

When you design the graphics and supply the artwork…
You should be supply your artwork file in the format outlined in our artwork guidelines, along with a print-off of how you intend your graphic to look. On receipt of your artwork we will check your file and contact you if there are any problems with it (see Artwork Design & Modifications for further information on this process). If all is OK with your file we will ship your order within the time frame quoted.

A printed pre-production colour proof can be supplied at £30 per proof. The turnaround time for this is only 1 additional working day and we will send it to you on a next day, UK mainland, carrier service.

We will email you a pdf of the final layout for your approval before we print. This is provided at no additonal cost and on receipt of your approval your order will then be produced and shipped within the time frame quoted.
